Event-information service

Colorado Event Radar is an independent discovery and information service. We are generally not the organizer, venue, promoter, registration provider, or ticket seller for listed events. Event information is collected from official organizers, venues, municipalities, institutions, authorized ticket sources, and materials submitted for verification.

We work to provide accurate and timely information, but events can be cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, sold out, moved, restricted, or changed without notice. Always verify the final date, time, address, admission terms, age limits, accessibility arrangements, weather status, and ticket availability with the official source before traveling, registering, or purchasing.

Tickets, purchases, and third-party services

Ticket, registration, map, organizer, and venue links lead to third-party services. Purchases and registrations are transactions between you and that third party, subject to its terms, privacy practices, refund rules, and customer-service policies. Colorado Event Radar does not control third-party inventory or guarantee admission, pricing, refunds, safety, accessibility, or performance.

Event submissions

Submitting an event does not guarantee publication. A submitter represents that the supplied information is accurate, that they have authority to provide it, and that submitted images or materials may lawfully be used for the requested listing. Do not submit AI-generated images. We may verify, edit, format, reject, update, archive, or remove a listing to protect accuracy, usefulness, and the site’s reputation.

Submitters should promptly report cancellations and material changes. We may retain internal source and verification records even after a listing is no longer active.

Intellectual property

The Colorado Event Radar name, original site design, original editorial descriptions, databases, software, and other original materials are protected by applicable law. Event names, venue names, trademarks, photographs, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Stock-image sources and photographers are credited where applicable.

You may link to public pages and share short quotations with attribution. You may not scrape, republish, sell, frame, or systematically reproduce the site or its database without permission, except as allowed by law.

Advertising and affiliate disclosure

The site may display advertising, sponsored placements, featured events, affiliate links, or other paid promotions. Paid material will be identified where appropriate. A commercial relationship does not guarantee a favorable editorial statement and does not override verification standards. If an affiliate link generates compensation, the visitor’s purchase price is generally unchanged unless the third party states otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to violate law; infringe rights; submit false, malicious, discriminatory, or deceptive material; distribute malware or spam; interfere with security; harvest personal information; manipulate advertising impressions or clicks; or misrepresent affiliation with Colorado Event Radar.

No professional or safety advice

Site content is general information, not legal, medical, financial, emergency, transportation, accessibility, weather, or safety advice. Outdoor, nightlife, sports, travel, and public events involve risks that visitors must evaluate for themselves.

Disclaimer and limitation

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every listing is complete or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colorado Event Radar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the site, attendance at an event, reliance on a listing, or interaction with a third party. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
