Send the details to submissions@coloradoeventradar.com. Basic event submissions are free.

What to include

• Event name
• Confirmed date and start/end time
• Venue and complete Colorado address
• Admission price or “free”
• Age restrictions, if applicable
• Organizer name
• Official event or organizer website
• Ticket or registration link
• A photo you own or are authorized to provide, including the photographer’s name
• Any accessibility or attendance details visitors should know

We review every submission for accuracy, completeness, and duplicates. Sending an event does not guarantee publication. Approved events may be edited for clarity and formatting.

Event details can change. Visitors should always confirm final information with the official organizer before attending or purchasing tickets.
