Purchase Terms & Refund Policy

Clear purchase terms

Colorado Event Radar sells access memberships, limited-date featured placement, promotion packages, advertising-free access, and custom marketing services. The exact product, price, billing frequency, event, selected dates, and material restrictions are shown before payment. Verified-account event publishing is free; a membership or payment never changes accuracy, source, duplication, safety, or takedown standards unless the purchased product expressly promises a confirmed promotional placement.

No-refund policy

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable after digital access begins, limited scheduling inventory is reserved, a featured placement is confirmed, or custom work begins. Monthly membership charges are non-refundable for the billing period already charged. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund the current period.

A refund or correction will be provided when required by law, for a verified duplicate or unauthorized charge, for a material billing error, or when Colorado Event Radar cannot provide the purchased placement or service and cannot provide a mutually acceptable replacement. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Event changes and buyer responsibility

The buyer must select an eligible event and accurate dates. Organizer cancellation, postponement, inaccurate buyer-supplied information, failure to provide required materials, or removal of an event for violating publication standards does not automatically create a refund right. Colorado Event Radar may, in its discretion, offer a replacement date or account credit when inventory permits.

Ticket offers, moderation, and takedowns

Artists, venues, promoters, and organizers may offer free registration, pay-at-the-door entry, an official external checkout link, or Colorado Event Radar ticketing when available. They must have authority to offer admission and must provide accurate capacity, price, access, restriction, cancellation, and event information. Posts, listings, or ticket offers that violate these Terms, publication standards, law, safety requirements, intellectual-property rights, or another party’s verified authority may be paused, hidden, or removed.

A takedown stops new sales or reservations but does not erase completed orders, transaction records, valid legal rights, required customer communications, or refund and event-cancellation responsibilities. Colorado Event Radar may preserve limited records for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, chargebacks, and legal compliance.

Connected ticket payments and taxes

For a Colorado Event Radar paid ticket, the approved organizer connects a Stripe account and receives the customer charge directly. Stripe handles payment-card information, identity verification, payout details, and the connected account’s settlement. Colorado Event Radar does not store full card or bank credentials and records its disclosed application fee separately from organizer proceeds.

The organizer is responsible for determining and entering any applicable ticket or admission tax, honoring the displayed event and refund terms, delivering the event, and maintaining legally required registrations and records. The checkout separately displays organizer-reported tax when one is supplied. Tax responsibility can vary by jurisdiction and business model, and these Terms do not transfer or waive any obligation imposed by law. Organizers should obtain qualified tax and legal advice before activating paid sales.

Ticket verification and event alerts

A signed Radar ticket may be checked on the public read-only verification page without an account. The public check does not admit or check in the attendee. Admission identity on the ticket pass is removed after the event plus 14 days; transaction records may be retained separately when needed for accounting, fraud, disputes, refunds, or legal compliance.

By reserving or buying a ticket, the buyer agrees to receive necessary transactional messages about that order and event, including cancellation, postponement, venue-entry, schedule, weather, safety, and refund instructions. Approved ticket sellers may use the attendee-alert tool only for these operational purposes, not advertising. Colorado Event Radar records delivery status and may restrict misuse.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly at the displayed price until canceled. The renewal terms and cancellation method are disclosed immediately before purchase and retained with the order. Signed-in customers can cancel online from their account; cancellation ends future recurring charges while access continues only as stated for the active billing period.

Featured inventory

Colorado Event Radar provides five featured-event slots per calendar day. A Featured Event purchase reserves one selected available day. An Event Promotion purchase reserves seven selected available days. Availability is shared across every approved Artist, Venue, and Promoter account and Ashley administrator scheduling. Dates are not sold when all five slots are reserved.

Contact ashleydgray1@gmail.com promptly with the account email, order number, event, and a description of the issue. Do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
