Purchase Terms & Refund Policy

Clear purchase terms

Colorado Event Radar sells access memberships, limited-date featured placement, promotion packages, advertising-free access, and custom marketing services. The exact product, price, billing frequency, event, selected dates, and material restrictions are shown before payment. Event submission, priority review, membership, or payment never guarantees that an event will be accepted or published unless the purchased product expressly promises a confirmed placement.

No-refund policy

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable after digital access begins, limited scheduling inventory is reserved, a featured placement is confirmed, or custom work begins. Monthly membership charges are non-refundable for the billing period already charged. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund the current period.

A refund or correction will be provided when required by law, for a verified duplicate or unauthorized charge, for a material billing error, or when Colorado Event Radar cannot provide the purchased placement or service and cannot provide a mutually acceptable replacement. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Event changes and buyer responsibility

The buyer must select an eligible event and accurate dates. Organizer cancellation, postponement, inaccurate buyer-supplied information, failure to provide required materials, or removal of an event for violating publication standards does not automatically create a refund right. Colorado Event Radar may, in its discretion, offer a replacement date or account credit when inventory permits.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly at the displayed price until canceled. The renewal terms and cancellation method are disclosed immediately before purchase and retained with the order. Signed-in customers can cancel online from their account; cancellation ends future recurring charges while access continues only as stated for the active billing period.

Featured inventory

Colorado Event Radar provides five featured-event slots per calendar day. A Featured Event purchase reserves one selected available day. An Event Promotion purchase reserves seven selected available days. Availability is shared across every approved Artist and Venue account and Ashley administrator scheduling. Dates are not sold when all five slots are reserved.

Questions or billing problems

Contact ashleydgray1@gmail.com promptly with the account email, order number, event, and a description of the issue. Do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
