Colorado Event Radar account-integrity process

Email ownership is verified

Every new Artist and Venue applicant must open a one-time verification link sent to the submitted email address. Artist accounts activate immediately after email verification. Venue accounts remain pending until Colorado Event Radar confirms the venue claim.

If someone is claiming to be you or your organization

1. Email ashleydgray1@gmail.com with the subject “Identity or venue claim concern.”
2. Include the public profile or venue URL, your name, your role, an official website or public organizational contact, and a safe callback number.
3. Write from an official organizational domain when available. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or government identification by ordinary email.
4. Colorado Event Radar may temporarily restrict profile edits or promotion purchases while the claim is reviewed, contact the existing account holder, and request additional verification through a safer channel.

A verified email proves control of that inbox; it does not by itself prove ownership of a performer identity or venue. Venue control therefore remains subject to administrator review and can be suspended or reassigned when credible evidence supports a correction.
