For an event submission, include the confirmed date and time, venue, complete Colorado address, official organizer page, ticket or registration link, price, age restrictions, and an image you are authorized to provide with photographer credit.

Corrections and removals

Include the event name, date, public event URL, and the corrected information. Organizers may also request that an inaccurate or cancelled listing be updated or removed from active discovery. We verify material changes against an official source whenever possible.

Privacy and advertising

Use the subject line “Privacy Request” for privacy questions or requests. Use “Advertising Inquiry” for future sponsorship or promotional questions. Paid relationships will not override event accuracy, verification, or clear disclosure.
